Withdrawal Policy
This policy governs the procedure for processing withdrawal requests at Brentonvale Trust, including applicable conditions, security requirements, and regulatory and compliance-related provisions. By using withdrawal services, the user confirms their agreement with all the terms set out below.
1. Available Withdrawal Methods
- Bank transfer to an account held in the user’s name;
- Transfer to approved digital wallets;
- Transfer to cryptocurrency exchanges linked to the user account.
The account holder’s name must exactly match the name registered in the user profile to prevent misuse or fraudulent activity.
2. Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 business hours from the time the request is received.
- the selected withdrawal method;
- applicable legal or regulatory requirements;
- additional security or verification checks.
Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
3. Fees and Charges
Depending on the selected withdrawal method, a withdrawal fee may apply. The exact amount of any applicable fee will be clearly displayed to the user before confirming the withdrawal.
Brentonvale Trust does not charge hidden fees; no charges are applied without proper disclosure to the user.
4. Withdrawal Limits
- the minimum withdrawal amount depends on the respective currency;
- daily or weekly limits may apply in accordance with internal AML and compliance requirements;
- in case of suspicious or unusual account activity, additional restrictions may apply until further review is completed.
5. Mandatory Identity Verification (KYC)
- a copy of a valid passport or other official identification document;
- proof of address not older than 3 months;
- information on the source of funds or assets, where required by applicable regulatory or legal obligations.
Withdrawals cannot be processed until all required verification and review procedures have been properly completed.
6. Possible Delays or Rejections
- the account name does not match the submitted official documents;
- invalid, incomplete, or expired documents have been provided;
- unusual account activity requires additional security or compliance checks;
- a technical issue or API error occurs with a connected exchange;
- applicable KYC requirements have not been fulfilled.
In such cases, the user will be contacted with an appropriate explanation, where permitted and applicable.
7. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all account, wallet, and other withdrawal details before submitting a withdrawal request. Brentonvale Trust shall not be liable for financial losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or erroneous information provided by the user, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Cancellation or Modification of a Withdrawal Request
Users may request the cancellation or modification of a withdrawal request as long as it has not yet entered processing. Once processing has begun, the request can generally no longer be canceled or modified.
